So many times, randy lecturers like these make the Nigerian education system looks so bad, that the lecturers NEVER let their own children attend any Nigerian higher institution. The poorest of them prefer sending their kids to school in Benin Republic. Are you shocked?
A Kwara State University (KWASU) lecturer has been arraigned in court for arranging ‘resit’ for a female student in the bedroom, and when caught, his reasons are purely comical. The evilest of it all is that this evil Lecturer says he’ll have sεxual hmmm with her till into the morning.
What an evil entity!
Pelumi Adewole, a lecturer at the Kwara State University, Malete has been arraigned before a Magistrate’s Court sitting in Ilorin, Kwara State following allegations of sεxυally harassing a female student.
Pelumi Adewole, a mature man who at his age has grown kids, was arrested at the scene of the crime, because the female student he invited to take the “resit” in the bedroom was wiser than he is.
This randy Lecturer who has no respect for himself was arraigned on charges bordering on criminal intimidation, sεxυal harassment, and examination malpractices, among other crimes that he has committed after his arrest by the State Intelligence Bureau.
Mr. Pelumi Adewole was accused of calling and threatening to fail a student if she refuses to sleep with him, after she must have to retake an examination in a hotel room.
The female student whose identity is hidden for her safety, reported the matter to the Nigerian Police Force, and was asked to play along by the NPA Special Investigation Branch (SIB) in order to obtain glaring evidence. Kwara State Federation of International Women Lawyers (FIDA) which is also a party in the case disclosed below;
“The lecturer thereafter lured the student into his bedroom around 8.30pm on Taoheed Road, Basin area, Ilorin, where he gave her a new question paper and answer script of KWASU to rewrite her exam with a promise to have sεxual intercourse with her till daybreak.
“The suspect was caught in the process by detectives from the Special Investigation Branch (SIB), who were hiding at a location.”
The Lecturer’s counsel, A.J. Opalekunde pleaded with the court to grant him bail as he is innocent until found guilty by the court. Sadly, the magistrate, Ibrahim Mohammed granted the accused bail in the sum of N200,000 with a surety in like sum, before adjourning the case till December 8, 2021, for further mention.
I hoped other lecturers in this act are caught, and a Special FORCE is created by the Nigerian government to curtail this act of the girl-child being subjected to sεxual harassment by Lecturers and Professors in Nigerian institutions, and this case is one in thousands because these are rampant and we all know it happens every day.
