Here’s the best news so far for all candidates who participated in the recently concluded JAMB UTME examination, because you can now check the JAMB Admission Status for the 2023 session online through the JAMB Admission Status Online official website.
Do take note that all candidates who participated in their various school Post UTME screening exercises for the 2023 academic session and would love to check their admission status can visit www.jamb.org.ng to check their admission status, this is both for UTME and Direct Entry candidates.
USING this platform, we would love to inform all 2023 JAMB UTME participants that the JAMB portal for checking admission status is now available for all JAMB UTME candidates.
Finally, the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) board has successfully uploaded the lists of candidates who have been offered provisional admission for the 2023/2024 academic session.
How to check JAMB Admission Status Online.
1. Note that this portal/is open and available to both UTME and Direct Entry (DE) candidates. You’re directed to visit the status-checking portal at www.jamb.org.ng
2. When the JAMB online status website loads up, proceed and click on the ‘Check Admission Status’ button, which is provided under the 2023 UTME column of the website.
Please note that all admitted candidates are advised to purchase their admission letter printing scratch card from the nearest JAMB office and print out their admission letters.
Important Notice to all Candidates.
We’ve also come across several complaints about candidates who have forgotten their Registration Number, don’t panic, you can retrieve your Registration Number upon validation of PIN and Serial Number with any of the following details listed below:
- Surname, first name or middle name,
- Date of Birth,
- State of Origin.
Please note that these admission lists are usually to be updated within a stipulated time, it’s important that all candidates should keep on checking their admission status on the JAMB website.
While all the admitted candidates who have his/her admission details different from the ones yet to be uploaded or already uploaded on the preferred institution’s website, should immediately report such situation and error to the nearest JAMB Admission office of their preferred institution for further instruction.
Other Important Updates.
It’s important that all admitted candidates should print out their admission slips. The JAMB admission board, your school of choice (Preferred institution), and the africastatus.com staff advise that you should print out your admission letter if you are admitted.
Don’t forget that this admission status checking portal is available for both UMTE and Direct Entry candidates on the official JAMB portal.
