The Niger state police forces have arrested a 32-year-old man, Sani Garba, for ℜαρing a 60-year-old woman in the state. Speaking on this issue, the state police command, Wasiu Abiodun, disclosed that on the 18th of July, police officers attached to the B division in Suleja, arrested Garba for criminally trespassing into the room of the 60-year-old woman and then forced himself on her.

The Police state command, Wasiu disclosed that Garba has already confessed to entering the woman’s house and forcing himself on her. He said the suspect would be charged to court as soon as everything is legal.
In a related development, men of the Nassarawa state police command on July 16th arrested one twenty-three (23) year-old man identified as John Adamu of Ungwan Nassarawa area Kontangora, for ℜαρing a 7-year-old girl living in the same district.

The police spokesperson said the suspect have already confessed to the crime, saying that he has penetrated the girl through the back at his security post premises. He said the suspect will also be arraigned in court soon.
